Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT -
of $100.00/adult is due at the time of booking
FULL PAYMENT - is due 45 days prior
to arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of
arrival must be paid
in full at the
time of booking
PAYMENTS - can be made with Visa, MasterCard,
American Express. Personal cheques will be accepted only
if
received in our
office 45 days prior to arrival
CHANGES - to air components of package will result
in a $100 change fee. Changes that occur to other
components of the
package within 45 days of arrival are subject to
a $15.00 change fee
DOCUMENTS - for transportation
from the airport will be mailed upon receipt of full
payment
HOTELS - will require a valid credit card imprint
at time of check-in for incidentals. Special
requests for particular
rooms, room location, bed types and/or other
services, other than those published on the website
are never
to be guaranteed.
All special requests should be made at the
time of booking.
RENTAL CARS - a deposit will be processed
to your credit card at time of vehicle pick-up . All
drivers must be a minimum
of 21 years of age, in possession of a valid drivers
license and a major credit card.
CANCELLATIONS - 45+ days
prior to arrival 100% refundable
45-16 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture
of deposit and airfare
15-0 days prior to arrival, entire package 100% non-refundable
AIR
INCLUSIVE PACKAGES - are subject to specific, individual
payment, change, and cancellation policies. These will
be conveyed at the time your airline booking is made. Air
documents
will be mailed upon receipt of full payment
GROUP BOOKINGS - are subject to special payment conditions
REFUNDS -
on any portion of the package will be made only at the
discretion of Banff Holidays
and will not be issued for unused services.
